AdBuyers

Paid ads management on Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and Google

We manage your ads with one goal: more orders at a lower cost. We start by understanding the market and competitors, test messages and audiences, then steer the budget daily toward what sells. For brands selling online in Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

What is performance-based ads management?

It's running paid ads so that every decision is judged by its effect on sales: how many orders came in, at what cost, and how much came back for each pound spent. Reach and likes aren't the goal; we follow the order from the ad to the checkout and move budget toward the best return.

  • The main measures: return on ad spend and cost per order.
  • Daily optimisation of budget, audiences and messages.
  • A clear weekly report in numbers.

Why are you spending more without selling more?

Many campaigns are run on numbers that don't mean sales: big reach, high engagement, few orders. Usually there's no real testing, the budget is spread evenly over what sells and what doesn't, and nothing links the ad to the order. The result is a cost per order that rises month after month.

How do we split the budget across platforms?

There's no fixed ratio that fits every brand. We start with two questions: where does your customer spend their time, and how do they decide to buy? Impulse products, like perfume and personal care, usually find their buyers on TikTok, Snapchat and Instagram. Products people search for themselves, like furniture or specialist items, need a strong presence on Google.

At first we spread the budget over a small number of campaigns so each one gathers enough data. After two or three weeks we can see where orders come in at the lowest cost, move the budget there step by step, and keep a small fixed share for testing new ideas and audiences.

How do we measure success when customers pay on delivery?

In Egypt a large share of orders is paid on delivery, and not every order recorded in the store becomes a sale. So we don't stop at the order count in Ads Manager. We ask how many orders were confirmed, and how many were actually delivered.

We calculate return and cost per order on delivered orders, and review confirmation and return rates with your team. If returns rise from one campaign, we review its message and audience, because an ad that brings many orders that never get delivered costs you more than it seems.

When do we raise the budget, and when do we stop?

We increase spend when a campaign shows a steady return for several days, not after one good day. The increase is gradual, because doubling a budget overnight confuses the platforms' algorithms and pushes costs up.

We stop or change an ad when the cost per order rises above the level that keeps you profitable. We agree on that level with you at the start, based on product price and margin, so scaling or stopping is a decision based on numbers, not impressions.

What we offer

Market and competitor research

We learn what your competitors advertise, with which offers, and where your opening is before spending anything.

A plan for each platform

Each platform has a job: TikTok and Snapchat for discovery, Meta for persuasion and retargeting, Google for people searching for you.

Structured testing

We test messages, audiences and offers separately so we know what sells and why.

Daily optimisation

We stop what doesn't bring orders and scale what proves itself, step by step.

Correct tracking

We set up the Pixel and Conversions API so the numbers in reports stay close to real orders.

Weekly report

Spend, sales, return and cost per order, and what we'll change next week.

Egypt and the Gulf

In Egypt

Competition for attention is high, buyers are price-sensitive, and cash on delivery is the norm. We focus on clear offers, messages that answer the trust question, and close tracking of the delivery rate. The minimum ad budget is 30K EGP a month.

In Saudi Arabia and the UAE

Spending power is higher, Snapchat and TikTok are strong, and online payment and instalments through Tabby and Tamara are common. We write in the local dialect and plan around the market's seasons, like Ramadan, Eid and National Day. The minimum is 10K SAR in Saudi Arabia and 10K AED in the UAE per month.

Common mistakes we avoid

  • Launching without proper tracking

If the Pixel and Conversions API aren't set up, the platform decides on incomplete data and reaches people who don't buy.

  • Changing everything every day

Constant edits stop a campaign from learning. We give each test enough time before judging it.

  • One ad for every audience

A new customer needs a message that introduces the product; someone who visited the store needs a reason to finish the order.

  • Judging by messages or likes

Lots of messages doesn't mean sales. The real measure is delivered orders and what they cost.
