This policy explains what data we collect when you visit the AdBuyers website or send us your project details, why we collect it, how we protect it, and your rights over it.
Who we are
AdBuyers is a performance marketing agency, commercial registration no. 235184. For anything about your data, email a.alaa@adbuyers.agency.
What we collect
- What you send in the “Get started” form: name, brand name, WhatsApp number, email if you add it, product type, store or page link, market, approximate monthly sales, ad budget, goal, and any details you write.
- What you write to us on WhatsApp or by email.
- Website usage: pages you visit, device and browser type, approximate country and traffic source. We collect it through the measurement tools described below.
Why we use your data
- To contact you about your project and prepare an initial plan and quote.
- To send a confirmation that we received your request, if you add your email.
- To improve the website and measure our ads.
- To meet our legal obligations.
We don't sell your data, and we don't send you marketing messages without your consent.
Cookies and measurement tools
When you visit the site we use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta, TikTok and Snapchat pixels, and our own internal stats to understand how visitors reach the site and to measure our ads. These tools use cookies and similar identifiers.
When you send the form, our server also notifies Meta of the request with a hashed (unreadable) copy of your phone number, email and first name, so it can link the request to the ad you saw. These details are never sent in readable form.
You can turn these tools off at any time: block or clear third-party cookies in your browser settings, use the ad settings in your Google, Meta, TikTok and Snapchat accounts, or email us and we'll help.
Who we share it with
- Brevo: email delivery and contact management.
- Supabase: the database behind our internal dashboard, hosted in the European Union.
- Cloudflare: website hosting and protection.
- Google, Meta, TikTok and Snap: measurement and advertising.
- WhatsApp: when you contact us there.
We use service providers that process data only to provide their services to us:
Transfers outside your country
Some of these providers store data outside Egypt, Saudi Arabia and the UAE, for example in the European Union and the United States. We choose providers that follow recognised data protection standards.
How long we keep data
We keep your request while we're in contact, and up to two years after the last contact if we don't work together, then delete it. Client data is kept for the length of the contract and any period the law requires after it.
How we protect it
Connections to the site are encrypted, access is limited to our team members according to their role, and our internal dashboard uses temporary sign-in links instead of passwords.
Your rights
- To know what data we hold about you.
- To ask us to correct or delete it.
- To turn off measurement tools at any time, as explained above.
- To object to a particular use of your data.
Email a.alaa@adbuyers.agency and we'll reply within 30 days. We follow Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law no. 151 of 2020, Saudi Arabia's Personal Data Protection Law, and any other law that applies to you.
Children
The site is for business owners. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when needed. The date of the last update is shown at the top.
